Shreeva Global Ventures

Terms & Conditions

Draft for publication. This page has not been certified as reviewed by counsel. Paragraphs marked “Needs verification” should be confirmed by the business before they are treated as final.

These terms apply to use of this website. They do not by themselves create a contract for software, consulting, training or any other service.

Using this website

This website presents Shreeva Global Ventures, a proprietorship trading under that name. By using the site you agree to read its pages as general information about the organisation and the services it describes.

No professional retainer

Nothing on this website is an offer to enter a contract, a quotation, or a client relationship. Software, consulting, training and any future venture discussion begin only when both sides agree in writing. Advisory pages are not legal, tax, audit or investment advice.

Intellectual property

The Shreeva name, logo and page content are owned by the business unless a page says otherwise. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the logo, present it as your own, or reuse page text for a competing site.

Some photographs are used under the Unsplash Licence and remain the property of their photographers. Banner images supplied as design assets are used as backgrounds. Text embedded inside those images is not the official wording of the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt the site or probe it for vulnerabilities.
  • Use the content to misrepresent a relationship with Shreeva.
  • Submit unlawful, misleading or abusive material through email.

Liability

Needs verification

The site is provided in good faith. Service descriptions can change, and a page may be updated when facts change. Shreeva is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general website copy, or for third-party sites opened from a link.

Governing law

Needs verification

These terms are intended to be read under the laws of India. The courts at Bagalkote, Karnataka, are the intended venue. This sentence should be confirmed by counsel before it is treated as settled.
